How we started


 Daniel Huerta and Isabel Sanchez have similar backgrounds. Both were born in the US, but were taken back to the motherland during their childhood. 


 In Mexico, it's become a tradition to go out on the weekends and enjoy delicious street food in the plazas, mobile vending carts and throughout the towns. Among those are Churros. Growing up with Churros is something you enjoy from a young age until your latter years in life.


 While visiting the Oregon Coast in January of 2013 Daniel and Isabel were walking along the streets of Seaside, OR and said, "Wouldn't it be great if there was a Churro stand here, right now?" After talking about it for a few hours, they looked at each other and had that (lightbulb turning-on moment).


  Churros Locos was born!
